The Southern NJ Developmental Advancement for your Girls Organization (SNJDA) is a nonprofit organization that nurtures girls to help them achieve their full potential and become active members of their communities by building academic and social competence. Since January of 2007 our organization has served several girls; we would like to continue to enroll girls ages 4-8 from the Atlantic County NJ area in its programs. Our girls participate in a series of educational and social activities that promote literacy, teamwork, creativity, and leadership. Our programs teach critical life skills all while helping girls build self-esteem, confidence, and sense of purpose. Your support will make a difference in a deserving girl's life!

YOU can make a significant difference in the life of our girls by becoming a SEED Sponsor. YOU can make that happen, by becoming a SEED Sponsor, you will enable a deserving girl the opportunity to participate in our program. You will provide an opportunity to support our girls as they develop the confidence, leadership and character they need to become tomorrow's leaders!

Sponsor a Mentor Match for a year-$1000- By sponsoring a Mentor Match, you can support a young girl and her one-to-one relationship with a volunteer mentor. Our Mentor Program provides our girls, ages 4-8 with a year round support network that are missing from their lives. These relationships with women who have achieved success in their careers and personal lives and personal lives help our girls to see beyond the limited opportunities their families and communities may have led them to expect from life.
